Both of these site do the similar work of hosting your large documents, audio, video files online but are running on different server. This makes account on Rapidshare.de can’t be used for login to Rapidshare.com and viceversa.

You can unlock it by right-clicking on the taskbar again and uncheck “Lock the Taskbar”.
